So I am biased, what mother isn't?

This isn't a current picture of Sarah and Lisa but it is one of the few of them together that I have. This was taken June 9, 2005 at Sarah's graduation from Silverton High School. They are beautiful girls and I love them to pieces. I am going to have to make a bigger effort to get some pictures of them together without one of them making faces. Tomorrow would be a good day for that as we will all be at Lisa and Bucks house for their housewarming party. Look out girls I will have my camera with me.

My loved ones in Lincoln City, Oregon 2007

This has become my favorite picture of my family. It was taken by Nate (Sarah's sweetie) on the beach at Lincoln City. The occasion being the annual Fordyce family get together. My mother-in-law Norma rents a home at the coast for three days and we play games, stroll on the beach, fly kites and just generally hang out and catch up. As ususal we had lots of fun, ate and drank too much. But that's okay because we're family!

Getting better at this, finally!

With help from Sarah over the phone I managed to post my very first photo. I don't know why it seems so hard to do these things at times. I am a hands on person, so visually someone showing me how to do these kinds of things just doesn't stay with me. I have to do it myself for me to retain the things that I have learned. It never used to be that way, so I am guessing it is my age catching up with me. Geez...

I did it!!

Wow, I am not real computer savy and I managed to set up my blog all by myself. I am one of those computer users that know just enough to be dangerous, so a good many times I have to have Steve, Sarah or Lisa rescue me. But I think I may have turned a corner and will try to do some more stuff now that I have ventured out into the web world. Now the next step is to post some pictures, wish me luck.
